Check your connection settings against the task at hand

Choosing a route involves more than its location. Consider connection stability, privacy practices, device setup and the target platform's requirements together.

Peak-hour performance depends on your local network, the international route and the destination service; a quick speed test cannot tell the whole story. VPNTrain offers a choice of international routes. Test them during the hours you usually connect: check whether pages load fully, file transfers stay continuous and streamed responses keep flowing. If something goes wrong, keep your current settings and compare another route, changing one variable at a time. This interface is illustrative and does not guarantee performance at any time. Real-world use is a better guide than geographic distance.

The same location doesn't mean the same connection route

Locations describe where traffic exits; dedicated, relay and direct describe different routing approaches. For everyday use, first check which locations the target service supports, then compare the routes available there. This is more useful than simply choosing the closest location. Use-case labels on route names are there to help organize options; they don't replace the target platform's own regional checks. If you need a consistent work setup, save a route you've tested and avoid automatic switching during sign-in.

A low-latency route still needs to be tested with the task you have in mind. Reading articles, remote collaboration, long-running responses and video playback all place different demands on your connection. If your local network is unstable, first check whether ordinary webpages work, then confirm the client is routing traffic, and finally compare another route. This helps distinguish device settings from route issues, without having to reimport your subscription every time something goes wrong. See the route list for more details about available locations and route types.

Route selection tip: Status indicators are for comparing routes only and are not a speed guarantee. Check the target service's regional rules, account eligibility and actual results separately.

Plans

Monthly plans anddata packs to fit how you use the service

Estimate your data needs before choosing how to pay. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; data packs last until used and never expire.

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

  • Includes 60GB
  • Unlimited devices online at once
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Alipay / WeChat / USDT

For browsing, research and light work, start by checking whether this data allowance fits your needs. Actual usage depends on the files and media you access.

For everyday work

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18/month

  • Includes 250GB
  • Unlimited devices online at once
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Alipay / WeChat / USDT

If you regularly sync work files or stream media as well as browse, consider this plan. Check your usage in the dashboard rather than judging by the number of devices.

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28/month

  • Includes 500GB
  • Unlimited devices online at once
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Alipay / WeChat / USDT

If you often transfer large files or stream media, consider a larger data allowance. This plan adds data; it does not change what the target platform allows you to access.

Data packs: use them at your own pace; they never expire

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB

If your usage is occasional, a data pack is another way to pay. It doesn't reset monthly; use it at your own pace, and it never expires. Monthly plans and data packs have different terms: monthly plan data is tied to its billing cycle, while a data pack isn't unlimited.

Read the data rules when comparing plans

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; don't assume it follows calendar months. Before choosing a plan, consider how you use media, cloud sync and software downloads across your devices. Staying connected doesn't tell you how much data you've used; background transfers count, too. Use routing rules and check which apps are going through international routes to choose a plan that matches your actual needs.

When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. To change plans, check the result in the user dashboard rather than estimating unlisted prorated prices yourself. All plans allow unlimited devices online at once, accept Alipay, WeChat and USDT, and include a 14-day refund policy. Buttons take you to the account and plan flow; clicking here does not itself charge you. Confirm the plan and order details in the dashboard.

Common questions about accounts, apps and connections

Know where to find things and how the rules work to make each step easier to check.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Save your login details, and keep your subscription link secure as an account credential. Create your account, choose a plan, get your subscription and submit support tickets in the user dashboard. Remove credentials from screenshots before sharing them. If you need help, describe your device, client settings and any error message—never share your password or full subscription link publicly.

Where can I get the app and subscription?

Get apps from the client section of the user dashboard; sign in there to view your subscription as well. VPNTrain supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with installation and permissions varying by platform. After signing in, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux users can get the client from the dashboard; for iOS, follow the instructions shown there. Once imported, verify that the connection and routing rules work before starting your usual tasks. The user guides walk you through the process. Direct installer links and public subscription URLs aren't provided on this page.

Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?

You can connect an unlimited number of devices at once, but data is limited by your chosen plan. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on your activation date. Streaming, syncing files and downloading on multiple devices all use data. Check your usage in the dashboard before deciding whether to change plans; the number of devices isn't a substitute for estimating data needs.

Why do AI tools or streaming services show warnings even when webpages load?

Loading a regular webpage only means that request completed; it doesn't mean every service accepts your location or account. AI tools may check your exit location, account eligibility and request frequency; streaming platforms may also check title licenses and account region. Check the specific error first, keep the same exit route while signing in and using the service, and confirm that your browser, app and command-line tools use the same proxy route. For more detail, see the AI Tools guides and Streaming articles.

What payment methods are supported, and where can I find the refund policy?

VPNTrain accepts Alipay, WeChat and USDT, and offers a 14-day refund policy. Before paying, check the plan price, billing method and data reset rules, and read the refund policy. For order support or a refund request, submit a ticket through the user dashboard. Include the relevant order details and what you need help with. Keep payment issues separate from connection issues when describing a problem, and don't share sensitive payment credentials publicly.

Troubleshoot connection issues step by step instead of reinstalling repeatedly

First, check that your local network can reach familiar websites. Then confirm the client is enabled, the subscription has been imported and the target app is covered by your routing rules. If only one service is affected, note the error and when it occurs: a homepage that won't load, a failed sign-in and an interrupted response can each need a different approach. Keep settings you've already verified and compare changes one at a time; this also makes it easier to explain the issue to support.

When a client asks for permissions, read the system prompt and follow the guide for your platform. Don't install configuration files from unknown sources. Subscription updates sync route information; they don't grant account permissions on the target platform. For a work setup you need to keep consistent, complete the full process once before saving your route and routing rules. The help center is organized by accounts, connections, speed and billing to make it easier to find what you need.

Guides and how-tos

Articles on client setup and route selection

From importing a subscription to setting app routing, these articles explain steps that are easy to confuse. They cover methods and settings, not performance guarantees.

Read by task to keep troubleshooting steps clear

If you haven't imported the client yet, start with the subscription link and platform setup guides. If the client is routing traffic but an app behaves differently, look into routing rules and location selection. Desktop apps, browsers and developer tools may not share proxy settings, so a working browser is just a starting point for troubleshooting. Check configuration steps against your current system interface; don't copy permissions or network settings that don't apply to your device.

VPNTrain keeps its main service tools in the user dashboard: your account holds your access credentials, your plan sets the data terms, and the client manages connections and routing. Understanding these roles separately makes it easier to tell whether to update your subscription, change app settings or check the target service's requirements.
