Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border access and network acceleration subscription services provided by VPNTrain. Please read these terms and related policies before using the service. If you do not agree, stop using it. Statutory rights granted to users under applicable laws are not excluded or limited by these terms.

Service Scope

VPNTrain provides access to international routes, subscription management, and client support, with coverage in 90+ countries and 230+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes are shown in the user panel and client. Coverage does not mean that every route is always available or that any particular website or app will necessarily permit access.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. See Plans and Pricing for prices and data allowances. You may request a full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for how to apply and details of the process.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and payment records secure. Do not post subscription links on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or used unusually, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected simultaneously. This applies to devices used by the account holder and does not permit sharing an account or subscription with others. You may not resell, rent, or distribute a subscription without authorization, or repackage the service as an access product for others. You are responsible for authorized devices and their use. Issues caused by exposed credentials will be addressed based on the circumstances.

Permitted Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your activities, and confirm that you are legally permitted to use the service. You may not use the service to commit fraud, violate another person's privacy, distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, access systems without authorization, or engage in other unlawful conduct.

You may not send malware, conduct network attacks, send spam, or use automated requests to disrupt the normal operation of this service or other networks. When accessing third-party services, you must also follow their rules on regions, accounts, content, and payments. A network connection does not itself authorize use of a third-party service.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Network performance depends on factors such as your local network, device configuration, carrier links, maintenance, and the rules of the destination service. VPNTrain does not guarantee uninterrupted connections, a fixed speed, or continuous availability on any particular platform. Maintenance or route changes may affect available exit locations. Check connection results against your actual needs.

VPNTrain cannot decide or reverse account reviews, content changes, or access restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. Keep copies of important work and data, and do not rely on a single connection as the sole safeguard for critical operations. Responsibility is determined under applicable law and based on actual fault. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Suspension and Termination

If there is unlawful use, a network attack, unauthorized resale or sharing of a subscription, or another material breach of these terms, VPNTrain may restrict connections, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account according to the level of risk. In the event of an urgent security risk, VPNTrain may first take necessary steps to prevent further impact.

Any action should be proportionate to the breach and its impact. If you disagree with an action, explain the circumstances and submit relevant dates, error messages, and necessary records through a user panel support ticket. Do not include your password or complete subscription link in your message. Any payment-related matters are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

VPNTrain may update these terms in response to service changes, changes in laws or regulations, or security needs. Revised terms will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Changes affecting important user rights or obligations will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where consent is legally required, it will be handled as applicable.

As a rule, changes do not retroactively alter transactions that have already taken place. If you do not accept a revision, you may stop using the service and ask about handling your existing subscription through a support ticket. See the Privacy Policy for information on personal data processing. For subscription or connection issues, you can first check the FAQ.
